This role is responsible for coordinating preventive maintenance programs, managing renovation bids, and overseeing the department’s financial operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with organizational standards. This role is available at two Myrtle Beach locations - Ocean Reef Resort & Bay View Resort.

Quality Assurance Supervisor

The Quality Assurance Supervisors (Housekeeping Inspectors) are responsible for assisting with the managing, training and coaching of all housekeeping associates, including, Room Attendants, Housepersons and Public Area Attendants to ensure quality performance on a daily basis. They are key in guaranteeing that both the guest rooms and common areas meet the property's high-quality standards.

Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing repair, preventative, and emergency maintenance services including painting, plumbing, electrical, furniture and fixture repair, and refrigeration. They are essential in ensuring a safe environment for both our guests and team members.
