Women's Leadership Alliance Program
The Women's Leadership Alliance is a 10-month program designed to empower women and foster career growth. The program enhances leadership performance and offers personal re-invention opportunities by learning individual strengths, personal accountability, and behavioral agility; allowing leaders to achieve career and personal results.
Our WLA program offers a comprehensive approach to personal and professional growth and gives each participant the opportunity to assess and discuss any desired individual goals and competencies.
