Our BRIDGE (Building Relationships, Inspiring Development, Growing Excellence) Summer Internship Program is an immersive experience designed to help college students turn classroom learning into real-world hospitality experience while exploring what it takes to operate a successful resort.
Throughout the program, interns rotate through multiple resort departments, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as Guest Services, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and more. These rotations give interns the opportunity to experience a variety of roles firsthand and see how different departments work together to create an exceptional guest experience and keep a resort running successfully.
Along the way, interns are paired with a mentor, connect with hospitality leaders, and participate in professional development and networking opportunities designed to build their skills, confidence, and industry connections.
Interns also complete a real-world business project focused on solving a challenge or identifying an opportunity to improve resort operations. At the conclusion of the program, they present their recommendations to a group of senior leaders, building valuable experience in problem-solving, strategic thinking, collaboration, and public speaking.
BRIDGE gives interns the opportunity to experience hospitality from the inside, explore where their interests and strengths can take them, and finish the summer with valuable experience to carry into the next step of their careers.
