We are looking for a highly motivated and creative culinary professional who loves the excitement of working in a fast-paced environment. The Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef will report to the Executive Sous Chef, Executive Chef and General Manager. He/she will assist in leading and managing all functions of the kitchen. The Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef will also work in cooperation with the Front of the House Managers to ensure the highest guest satisfaction and optimal experience.
