Historic Seafood Restaurant Seeking Talented Culinary Professional
We are looking for a strong leader and creative culinary professional. A "foodie" with a flair for producing exciting and consistently delicious product. This individual must be highly motivated and accustomed to working in a high-volume atmosphere.
The Executive Chef is ultimately responsible for all aspects of back-of-the-house operations. They must ensure that the kitchen is running smoothly at all times, and in harmony with the front-of-the-house.
Job Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
